• Viewing is a must, as all stock is sold on an "as is, where is" basis, unless otherwise stated.

• Due to auction disturbances & safety reasons, children under 16 are not permitted in our auction rooms on auction day.

• Please be aware our auction rooms are smokefree areas.

• No credits will be given once stock has left our premises, so please check stock & counts before leaving.

• There are no gaurantees on any products unless specified by the auctioneer

• All stock is sold under the terms & conditions of the general auctioneers act

• Payment is strictly cash or EFTPOS unless by prior arrangement

• A buyers premium of 14% + gst on the premium content only will be added to your bill

• All buyers are charged a $50.00 registration fee. This fee will be refunded as a credit to your account at the end of the auction, or refunded in full if no purchases have been made.

For those of you who wish to pay & collect stock immediately after the auction:

•Write your buyer number on the white board.
•Line up in sequence as on the white board after the auction

For those who wish to pay & collect stock during the auction, you may do so:

•Only if no more than 6 lots and....
•If you do so at least 30 minutes before the end of the auction
